The symposium will be held at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg located in the city of Erlangen, Germany. Erlangen is very close to the international airport of Nuremberg, which connects to the major European hubs. Erlangen is well accessible by high-speed train with direct connections to Munich, Berlin, Leipzig, etc. or via Nuremberg, which connects directly to Frankfurt airport. Further travel advice can be found at the homepage of the Chair of Applied Physics.

The anniversary ceremony is planned in the Wassersaal of the Orangerie, a traditional building in the core of the university garden in Erlangen. The scientific program will be continued in the physics lecture hall H.

For people who cannot attend the meeting on-site, we are offering online participation via Zoom.
