Prof. Krstić awarded Advisory Professorship at the Excellent Core “International Research Center for Silent Voice Sensing” at the Japan Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST)

Due to his research activities and merits in the field of the electronic and optical properties of nano- and quantum-materials, Prof. Krstić has been offered an Advisory Professorship at the Excellent Core “International Research Center for Silent Voice Sensing” at JAIST (Nomi, Japan).

JAIST is the first independent national graduate school in Japan, to carry out graduate education based on research at the highest level in (applied) science and technology. Through the award a new research and student-education relevant connection point is established for the two partners. The mission of the Excellent Core is to study the fundamentals, develop and engineer ultra-sensitive sensors based on advanced materials and materials systems in particular in view of application areas of human health.
